Buddies Box
Small Gifts, Big Comforts
Buddies Box is a tangible expression of compassion. Each Buddies Box is a care package sent directly to families navigating the weight of medical complexity in the Intensive Care Units at Seattle Children’s Hospital.
A reminder that someone sees you. Someone cares. Someone is walking with you.
Each box is thoughtfully curated to bring comfort, connection, and a moment of light in what can often feel like an overwhelming and isolating journey.

THE IMPACT
“The blanket, fire stick, gift cards, the power outlet, and the toiletries bag are SO helpful for us! I think everything was included that a family could need. DoorDash gift cards are so smart to include while we/families are at the hospital.”
~Jaya
“I really loved receiving a Buddies Box. I still look back at Sage’s ICU experience and it was so helpful to receive this. It’s such a hard situation to be in so it shows you’re cared for and supported. It was just so loving and kind.”
~Jess
“During one of the most overwhelming seasons of our lives, receiving a Buddies Box reminded us we were not alone. The practical items brought comfort during long hospital days, and the care behind it brought us hope. It was tangible compassion when we needed it most.”
~Megan & Peter
“Due to Olivia’s high risk status, when she gets a simple cold, that will put her in the hospital for several days/weeks. Thank you for caring for the whole family. It truly changed my mental health for the better.”
~Tina
